The first thing I would check is if the washer is loaded with too many items. This would keep it from spinning properly. The next logical thing to do would be to check the belt on the drum or it could be your clutch is worn out. You may want to have a professional do the latter.

You can check the instruction manual for troubleshooting or utilize one of the many guides you can find online. It might be something simple that you can fix yourself, but it might just have reached the end of its life. Don't get rid of it until you've tried every option.

Normally this is a very simple fix and is usually just a broken belt, you can get one for about $35.00 new and install yourself or pay someone to come do this for around $300.00.

First, check the balance of the washer. Some washers wont spin if they are not balanced correctly. Basically, put a level on the washer, and adjust the feet to see if it's level. Also, the spin motor may be out, or you might be overloading the washer.

There are many reasons for this problem. You could have clothing stuck somewhere that prohibits the tub from spinning. You could also have a broken belt or a motor problem. You might need to call a technician if the problem is mechanical.

I think the best way to determine this would have to be to when its in the rinse cycle just open the lid very fast to check and see if its turning.

Once when the machine is in spinning mode, if does not rotate, that means some problem is there. Sometimes, the clothes also get stuckup in between the spinner and the washer. Allways, for major defects, better to call-up the people concerened and get it repaied. We sometimes fiddle with them, then it will be worst.

You will have to have a repair person look at it to find out what is causing it to do that. The repair person can fix it, you would have to talk to them about it, they will tell you the cost of fixing it. Or you could check yourself, but I think you need some who knows about it.
