Any construction company will consult with you to create a deck in any shape that you might desire. It is common that they will bring you samples of materials that they might use to build your deck and a sketch of what your deck will look like.

For semi-circle decks: Wider (think 2 x 6", 8", 12", ... and NOT 2 x 4"s) exterior/outdoor/treated lumber are cut into "triangles" or "trapezoidal"-wedges. Fitting many-trapezoidal/triangle-wedges together gives the curved-shape.

Frame out a half circle in deck support posts and edge-on support members. Lay your decking in as close an approximation to the shape you want as you can. If you want side finishing beams, choose the amount of sides you want your deck to have, and divide 360 by two times this number

Well semi circle decks need to be measured for circumference. You need to adjust brick post underneath and also you need to cut your wood in that circular fashion as well.
