The grade of an egg is detemined by its quality, based on the appearance of its break out, albumen, yolk, and shell. Egg grades have nothing to do with the size of an egg. The size of an egg is categorized by its weight or how many ounces it is.

Each and every eggs are differ in size. we can grade every egg by size and quality. By measuring the height and circumference of an egg we can grade it.
