Have you used Kilz2?

They are sealers and primers.

Yes. It's a good water-based product. It has the same qualities as original Kilz but it is much easier to work with.

Kilz is a great primer to use, it is very thick and will cover most stains or paints on a wall. It can cover grease or oils as well.

I have and I expected miracles. It does not cover dark spots such as markers, crayons, dark paint splat mistakes, etc. I applied it many times and let dry thinking it would build up and work and it didn't. Buy a small paint can and paint the spot several times then use kilz and then paint and see what happens.

For a new walls you can use primers but for older or on the top of older paint use Kilz or Kilz2. They are the best if you need to cover some stain on the walls. Stinks.
