Have you had a good experience with a Nokia trac phone?

I owned a Nokia Trac phone about two years ago. I had no established credit and it allowed me to avoid huge deposits with a cell phone company. The phone was ideal for quick phone calls and not long conversations.

Trac phones are great because you don't have to deal with a service provider or fees. Sometimes they have trouble getting service everywhere.
