Yes I have been to one. The service is not what I would call rude but rather perfunctory. They do their jobs and they do it well but they are not exactly the social type there. Personally I do not mind it because the prices are reasonable and you will be satisfied.

Yes, I love that salon. The service is great , they have always greeted with me with a smile. I never have to wait to long for my manicure, maybe 10 minutes at the most. I love their airbrushing techniques, which keeps me coming back. Also they use quality polish which lasts longer than other places.

I have never been to one personally, but friends of mine have and they seem to be relatively happy with the results.
