Yes. The Park Tool Company, manufacturers of the better-quality tools used by most professional bicycle mechanics, has published an excellent tome called "The Big Blue Book of Bicycle Repair." I'm a bicycle shop owner and longtime pro mechanic, and I have taught lessons from this book.
