Yes, actually many people have written a Bruce Lee biography. There are also quite a few documentaries. It is quite easy to get to know more about him. You can find out more about him also through his children.

There are a few great Bruce Lee books out there. The best being 'The Story of Bruce Lee' by his wife, Linda Lee, you don't get much better than that. The second is 'The Tao of Bruce Lee' by Davis Miller. Each of these books showcase his life as it was without little sensationalism.

Yes a lot of his own notes and thoughts about marial arts were released by his wife and co produced by M.Uyehara a student of Bruce's under O'Hara publications. There is also many other biographical books written about this legend.
