Well the tenant is entitled to one parking space. You can't have visitors park unless there is ample space and it's okay with the landlord.

If you are parking on land owned with the apartment then the rules are entirely at the discretion of the apartment owners. Parking restrictions do vary across the county's. Cars parked on the streets in residential neighbourhoods do need to be moved at least once every 24 hours.

They vary by county and since the land is technically owned by the apartment company, they are allowed to set their own rules and regulations.
