I regret to inform you that I did not find any information about King George postal stamps being issued in England, however found plenty that were issued in places like Canada(1911-1931), Rhodesia (1913-1924), and New Zealand (1926). Sorry I couldn't be of any assistance to you finding English ones, but correct years for release are in brackets for other countries.

The King George stamps were issued from 1911 through 1936. In 1924, the the stamps contained the first British commemoratives. Another set was available a little over a year later. The first postage due stamp was also issued during this time.
