Yes and the good thing is it is not messy and dries quick and also last a good time. Another good advantage is it is water based so it does not have harmful chemical smells when you are applying. This is good for the elderly women especially when they take alot of medicines.

water based nail polishes do not stay on as long as solvent-based nail polishes but they are definitely safer for your body.

It seems to work for me, for a few days and then it chips and peels. But I am pretty rough on my nails, all my polishes do that.
