Sony does make MP3 players and they are very good quality. They have many models and they range from about 80 dollars and up depending on which model.

they make several different models. Apple has the dominant position in the MP3 player market with their iPod, and it really is a better product than most. That being said, the sony MP3 players are really good for an off-band MP3 player and I would recommend them. Mine have stood up to a lot of accidental beating and still function.
