Does my pecan tree have a disease if it has a brown patch?

not likely. If its a squishy brown patch it could. a brown patch could be fungus, which grows on trees alot. or it could be an old damaged spot. If the pecan tree is still producing then I would not worry too much about it but if your tree is getting sick I would suggest consulting a nursery about this.

Yes it could but it could also have a thing called blight and if it has blight you will need to get some help from a professional on that specific tree

It is not likely, though it is not entirely impossible, that a peach tree would have a disease if it has a brown patch. Brown patch is a term given to a disease that tends to be seen more or less in specific areas and that affects grass and lawns.
