Maxi peel does work on acne and some other facial blemishes. If you have sensitive skin it may cause redness and skin peeling. The manufacturer says this is part of the process the skin ha to go through to clear up, but most people discontinue use at that point.

It has work for certain people as anti-aging, exfoliant and as anti-acne. However, you need to be careful if you have super sensitive skin.
