Does glossing white baseboards help keep them clean?

Yes, using gloss or satin helps keep them clean and you can just wipe them off when they do get a little dirty.

It dose not help them stay clean but it will defenitly make them alot esaier to clean than a flat paint.

Adding a gloss to any surface will keep it cleaner in theory. It creates a slippery surface that is harder for dirt to cling to. This will also make it easier to wipe and dirt off if it does cling on.
