Does Comcast come with a phone?

I assume that you are talking about Comcast VOIP(Voice over internet protocol). This service will use your broadband internet to give you a phone connection. It will get connected to your houses phone system and allow you to make calls from any phone attached to the phone jack. However they require you to have a phone already.

When I had phone service from Comcast, it did not come with a phone. I do not know of any home phone service that comes with a phone they just provide the hookup for the house to plug your phone into. They will put in jacks where you need them for your convenience.
