The Crater of Diamonds State Park is in Murfreesboro, Ar. You can go in with your own equipment, or rental equipment and dig for diamonds. You keep what you find.

I think they do have one but it's not really known by most people and no you can't go into it unless you are an employee of the mine. I know it's really unfortunate but unfortunately it would be tresspassing if you had gone into a mine where you had no permission.
