Napa cabbage
sea salt
1 Tablespoon fish sauce
small green onion chopped
small white onion minced
1 garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
5 tablespoons Korean chile powder
Rub salt into chopped cabbage leaves. Seal in large jar 6 hours. Rinse, Drain, put in jar, stir in rest of ingredients. Wait 4 days. Refrigerate before serving.
