Although itching is not one of the primary side-effects of Aldactone, in less than 5% of cases, some skin irritation or dermatological issues have been reported. It is important that if you have a side effect you feel is attributed to this or any drug, that you call your doctor.

Itchy skin is not usually considered a side effect of aldactone. You may want to see your doctor to determine what is causing your itchy skin. Some side effects of aldactone are dizziness, blurred vision, dry mouth (which could indicate dehydration) and nausea. Vomiting, loss of sleep, and nasal congestion are effects that may occur as yor body adjusts.

You will need to go to a doctor and find out, only the doctor can answer that question for you. Or you could check online, but I'm sure you would want to talk to your doctor about it first. The doctor can give you more facts about it. Where as online you have to sift through a lot of stuff.
