Do you need an under-gravel filter with the Magnum 350?

I currently do not use one with my Magnum 350, however most of my friends do. I personally have not needed one and my tank is crystal and clean.

There are two brands of the Magnum 350, the Deluxe and Pro. The Pro has a bio-wheel which provides more bio-filtration than the Deluxe. You wouldn't need an under-gravel filter with the Pro unless your tank has a heavy bioload. The Deluxe offers some bio-filtration, so it wouldn't hurt to use an under-gravel filter with it, regardless of bio-load.
