In most cases you do not need to remove the glove compartment in order to check the ABS in the your Honda Accord. There are other ways that a person can check the ABS, such as checking fluids and also checkin fuses. If there is in fact a reason to remove the glove box then it still isn't difficult.

This is a very vague question but in most cases it is not necessary to remove the glove compartment in a Honda Accord. There are many means of "checking the ABS" which include inspecting fuses and testing through the OBD (on-board diagnostics) port using a scan tool.

The glove compartment on the Honda Accord will slide out of place once you remove the anchor screw. Just get a flathead screw driver and look under the globe compartment and it will be in the center. You should have a flashlight or lantern with you because it can sometimes be hard to spot.

Yes. The ABS, or Anti-Burglary System is fitted behind the glove compartment console as a way of creating an extra obstacle for the would be thief.
