Manganese, a trace mineral, is found in nuts, seeds, leafy green veggies; it also is available in some herbs, including chamomile and peppermint. Certain fruits contain manganese-pineapple, oranges, blueberries-among them. Some trees get manganese toxicity, and each species relates differently to it. Palm trees often have manganese deficiencies and can be fatal if not taken care of properly.
