Do they make Post-It notes specifically for computer screens?

I have yet to find any specifically geared towards a computer screen, but regular post-it notes do not usually leave any residue on the screen. If you're buying a newer computer, some come with built in electronic post-it notes that can be left around your desktop and you can simply type in whatever it is you need to remember.

I believe the post-it is universal for sticking it everywhere. I always stick them on my computer to remind me of stuff and so far, they didn't leave any sticky residue on my screen.
