Yes, they do make capris for men. Rei and Perry Ellis are example of a places and brands that sell and make capris. Men who have tried them find them to be rather comfortable. They seem to be very popular in Europe.

They make them. Many people make fun of them because they are considered to be female only clothing. Apparently men in Europe wear them. They dont really have them at general clothing stores but at more pristine clothing stores. I would check any clothing store that is more expensive like fancy ones at the mall or anything.
