Yes, if there is enough amount of alcohol that can make your skin dry. But some products with alcohol also have moisturizing agent which helps the skin to avoid drying. Just make sure that whenever you buy products with alcohol, buy the one with moisturizing ingredients - it is good for your skin.

Yes, but it largely depends on your skin type. If you have dry skin then yes your skin will dry out. Try avoiding these products anyway.
