Catholicism is the only religion that believes wholly in and practices the Nicene Creed, but like most other Christian churches many of the beliefs and practices held by pentecostal denominations are derived from the Nicene Creed. The biggest difference between Catholic practices and Pentecostal is that Pentecostal denominations do not recite the creed in their services.

It's not only the Catholics, but every mainline denomination!!! After the scriptures, the Nicene Creed is perhaps the most important document in Christianity  add a comment

Having read the 1975 English version of the Nicene Creed, the pentecostal church believes in the spirit of the creed, but does not use the exact wording of the creed itself in its church services. At its fundamentals, the creed proclaims God in 3 persons and describes aspects of each.

The only Christians who believe all of the Nicene Creed are Catholics. After all, it states that the speaker believes in "one apostolic Catholic Christian church. " However, Pentecostal Christians do believe in all of the rest of the beliefs stated in the Nicene Creed.

The term 'Catholic' actually means 'universal' - the Creed itself was devised before the Christian denomination 'Catholicism' even came into existence.  add a comment

Yes, Pentecostal churches do believe the tenets of the Nicene Creed; however, most Pentecostal churches do not recite the creed as part of their services or liturgy. Basically, the Nicene Creed states the fundamental truths of Christianity, such as the deity of Christ, the Trinity, and the crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus. They also believe in baptism.

Well, Yes most trinitarian pentecostal churches do believe in the nicene creed. But sometimes we get a bit hot under the collar about the phrase "Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church" we take the word catholic to mean the universal church not the Roman Catholics

It depends on the church, but typically yes a fundamentally sound church (like Four Square) accept the Nicene Creed. They do not necessarily recite it or memorize it, but the points of the Creed are not controvercial and are widely accepted among most churches.
