Do i have a conviction record if I was arrested for public intoxication, jailed, fingerprinted and released the next day?

You have an arrest record, but you're missing the conviction part. Unless you went before a judge (or signed a ticket and paid a fine), you haven't been convicted. Sometimes these are ordinance violations, so it's possible that you could have just paid a fine, but it sounds like you were simply arrested. So, no, you probably weren't convicted.

If fingerprinted that clearly means that they have made a record of you. And even the smallest thing is on file of cops.

iwas arrested for disorderly intoxication in florida and was adjudicated withhold im on atouristvisa if i come back iwill deny entry for that matter
