Foot detox patches sound too good too be true, and they are. The Japanese alternative medicine is supposed to draw toxins from your body. There is no way to draw toxins from the body without allowing them to bind metal substances. Foot patch detoxes don't have the required ingredients for toxins to be flushed out from the body properly.

No. Although they sound as if they would work, the best way to detox your body are by simply drinking plenty of water, and also taking the recommended daily doses of your vitamins and minerals. The body will gradually and safely cleanse itself.

As far as I have seen, they do not work in the way they should. Most patches say that if you put them on your feet over night, then when you awake they will be dirty- filled with toxins from in your body. I have only seen them collect dirt from the environment. No proof its from your body.

No. The manufacter adds dried vinegar to the patch so when your foot sweats the pad will turn brown. Making it seem as if it drew toxins from the body.

Well, they don't really work. You will feel some kind of temporary idea of them working but it is not really that effective. If you really want to get a detox all together then get a proper one. The foot patches are a big waste of money and good for nothing.

Detox foot patches do not really work, although they may appear to by turning darker. It is simply not medically true that the body gets rid of toxins through the skin. The body uses the liver, etc to remove toxins.

According to proponents of these patches, they do work. Research studies have shown that tests of red blood cells have indicated a reduction of toxins. It is based on Eastern medicine such as acupuncture points.

The Kinotakara brand worked really well. One time a bright red and a bright green spot appeared. They looked like the color of M&M's. I wasn't grossed out by the color so it wasn't aversion. The other brand Verseo had no effect despite using them for well over a month.

No they do not work. The dirty pads you see in the commercial is something in the pad that reacts when combined with your sweet.
