The Canadian lynx has adapted to its snowy habitat by growing a thick coat of fur and by having large, spreading feet. The paws support twice the weight on snow as do bobcat paws. Judging by the sentence preceding this one. I would have to say yes, they like water.

Although they are not poor swimmers, Canadian Lynx cats typically avoid the water, preferring to use their climbing skills to move around instead. They can be seen in the wild to be mildly water-shy.

It is my understanding that they are not afraid of water. I read an article that noted the lynx has been known to swim across the Yukon River.

Unlike its housecat cousins the Canadian Lynx do seem to like water. Lynx will swim across small bodies of water in order to find prey.

The Canadian Lynx is a species of feline that does not dislike water and has been known to swim several miles if the need arises.

I would assume that Canadian Lynx do like water because of the habitat they live in. There are plenty of water habitats in Canada, and animals are highly adapted to their environments. Perhaps evidenced by their ability to survive in their unique environment, this animal has probably learned to like water over time.
