Do britas water filters actually work?

I would like to install a water filter on my kitchen sink but want to make sure they are worth the value.

Yes, they work quite well. They remove MOST of the impurities that are in potable water these days. I have had one on my faucet for over three years. I would consider changing the filter like clockwork every 90 days.

Yes they do. They filter out local impurities that your water system, or your municipal water system, may leave in place. They also make the water 'taste' much better. I highly recommend it if you're living in a place without a top quality water supply.

Yes Brita water filters do work to take out a large amount of the impurities in the water. You will be able to see it when you change filters.

Yes, brita filters work using a carbon or charcoal based filter that has been used in large-scale commercial and residential water purification systems for many years. If you have a culligan filtration system installed on your water lines you do not necessarily need the brita. If you have water directly from a municipal source it does help with water flavor.

For price britas are quite valuable but for taste, I've herd that Zero Water is the best; however, it doesn't attach to your sink, its a pitcher that apparently has bottled water quality.
