Arthur Godfrey's nickname was "The Ol' Redhead". his trademark was his Ukulele. His theme song was, "Seems Like Old Times". The Arthur Godfrey's Talent Scouts TV show was a 30 Minute series on CBS where , Arthur Godfrey found the contestants by sending out talent scouts to look for them.

The late and great Arthur Godfrey skillfully played his ukelele on the television show " Arthur Godfrey and his Friends ." This show was popular in the late nineteen forties.

Godfrey was famous for the ukulele and sold more ukuleles than any one else in history. He sold millions of a new plastic model that was introduced in the 1950s. He played the ukulele on the his radio and television shows, and actually had a t.v. show in which he taught the audience how to play.

Yes and I think the show was HEEHAW. I don't know what a ukulele is and I am only guessing that it is something kind of like a guitar from a foreign country. Then again he could be some rich guy and a ukulele isn't even an instrument. I don't know.
