A lingerie shower would not be appropriate if the mothers are going to be attending. It can be very embarassing for the bride-to-be. Maybe save lingerie for the bachelorette party.
She might feel awkard but I think her feelings would be hurt if she wasn't invited at all. You could always rework the theme so maybe only the bridal party gives the bride lingerie and the rest of the guests can give more traditional gifts.
