You need zinc nail, copper wire, apple or lemon, and volt meter. Insert zinc nail and copper wire in fruit very close together without touching. Measure with the volt meter.

Stick a piece of copper pipe and a galvanized nail into opposite sides of the fruit. Attach the probes from a multimeter across and measure the D.C. voltage produced.

Pierce a lemon on opposite sides with a galvanized nail and a piece of copper wire. This produces about 0.9 Volts for one lemon.

Attach a copper wires to a lemon, orange, or potato. They naturally give off electricy through their acid content. Attach the other side of the wires to the lightbulb. Sometimes it will take more than one piece of fruit to get the proejct to work accordingly to the specs yup.

The way to make it is very tricky, but it can be done. First of all, you will need some kind of fruit to start this experiement. Lemon, lime, grapefruit, or oranges will do. You will also need copper wire to get the experiment going. Good luck to you.
