Can you tell me how to knit a flat panel on a loom?

To knit a flat panel on a hand loom cast on your stitches by e-wrapping the number of pegs you need and knitting each stitch off. Instead of continuing around the loom you simply turn the loom and wrap all the pegs again, then then off each stitch. Knit from one end to the other, then turn and repeat.

Cast on the number of stitches you wish in order 1,2,3,4, ect. Then turn your work. For example wrap pegs 4,3,2,1. Knit. Repeat as many times as needed. Cast off.
