To keep my eye makeup on all day i firstly spay some evian spray mist on my face. After i put my makeup on. Also make sure that you're not touching your eye area or where you put the makeup cause that could cause it to smear and wipe off.

I always put a liquid concealer or a liquid foundation on my eyelids before applying my regular eye makeup. You can also just use a powder foundation on your eyelids before your eye makeup too.
