The best thing to do is put them in the trunk and then run the wires to your CD player. Just find a good place to hide the wires so you don't have a mess of wires running through your car. In the door molding the wires fit perfectly. then run them under the dash.
Well unless they are powered subs then you will need an amp. Then you will need to run the stereo into the amp or the subs. If you have an aftermarket head unit then you will need to add an adapter to get the source out to the amp or the subs.
