Cut out your design from the different pieces of fabric. Apply to pieces to a base piece of fabric and stitch in place to create an image made from fabric
draw your design on tracing paper. put your design on the adhesive and then put the adhesive on the object you want to put it on. iron as usual and there you are.
Applique is done (with fabric at least) using fusible interfacing (bumpy stuff that gives it strength) and is ironed onto the finished piece. It is then stitched around to secure it in place.
Applique is a picture, object or shape that is cut out of one piece of material and sewn on another. The method is easy just select the thing you want to applique, cut it out and sew it on the material you want it on.
