They do not have the potential side effect when taken together. Fexofenadine (allerga) is an antihistamine which help to reduce allergy symptoms. Nasonex (monetasone) is a corticosteroid which help to reduce the inflammation. Tramadol-APAP is non-narcotic pain killer. My advice is that Nasonex should not be taken continuously for more then 2 weeks.

I takes at least two weeks before Nasonex produces its full effect.  add a comment

You can as long as you are not taking significantly large doses or Allegra. If you are feeling unclear about it consult your pharmacist as they will know immediately what drugs negatively interact with each other which can cause unpleasant side effects. Reactions tend to vary from person to person and some may not experience any adverse reactions.

Allegra and Nasonex are proprietary medications for allergic rhinitis or nasal allergy problems and Tramadol is a pain killer which should have no cross reactions or harmful interactions with them.

Yes, it is safe to take either Allegra or Nasonex with Tramadol hcl-acetaminophen. They work in different ways, and there are no reported drug-drug interactions. You should always consult your doctor when adding over-the-counter medicine to prescription drugs though!

There's no known contraindication or interaction between those drugs. However, mixing different medications should be considered with care and taken under advisement from a physician.

If you are taking any type of medication you should always let your doctor know that you are taking Some type of medicine. You are taking even if it's a vitamins, supplement or even eye drops because They could have some type of adverse reaction to the medicine. I really hope this helps.
