There are some places you can still buy a tube tv. I recommend second hand stores or yard sales if you can find one that doesn't look too used. There are also a few stores where you can still buy them brand new, but sometimes a second hand store can have a great deal.

You sure can. Wal-mart often sells them. Check on craigslist as well as many people are simply giving away their "older" CRT televisions when they upgrade. You may want to consider looking at new flat screen HDTVs. You would be surprised at how inexpensive they are.
