Yes, you can still buy razor blades. In most pharmacies they are available either singly or in a pack. You may also buy a disposable razor package which usually carries spare blades in the packet as well. Then there is the option of buying in bulk which should be available from a store which sells toiletries in bulk.

Single and double blades are still sold in a small square box. Look in the men's razor section of any pharmacy store. The box doubles as a recycle box for used blades.
