Yes definitely you can send alcohol to US from other countries, but for that you will have to inform them(Postal Department) in advance of sending and also you will have to compulsorily fill out a special form which is for tax ext & a form for the custom duties accordingly.

yes, as long as you properly package the alcohol and label the package so that it can pass a US customs inspecion. you may be restricted to the amount you can send at one time.

I think in the USA you cannot mail wine. You can bring it back into the USA yourself, but you can't mail it. You would need to pack it very carefully and send it along with your luggage.

You will need to have a permit for sending alcohol. And the taxes on alcohol arriving into the United States is super high. Instead of sending it to the United States it would be much easier to just order some when you get back home.
