Yes, you can run it on 32 or 64 bit vista OS but it's recommended to set the compatibility for an older version of windows. You can run it without setting compatilibity mode but it can cause issues to the GUI of you're machine and this can be sometimes unpleasant and stressful.

Yes, You can run the hammerhead Drum machine on vista but is not actually for the OS. To prevent issues my recommendation would be to run it in compatibility mode.

Yes, Hammerhead Drum Machine will work great on Vista. It doesn't matter if it's 32 or 64 bit, it'll run on both.
