Sim cards are made the same shape and design depending on your wireless provider. As long as you have a more than one phone from same provider then yes.

No, you cannot. The only time you can use a simcard in another phone, is if you are using another cell phone from the same carrier.

I do not believe you can put a Boost Mobile SIM card into any other phone except a Boost Mobile cell phone.

I would suggest you call the maker of the phone that you are wanting to put the SIM card into and see if it is compatible with the Boost Mobile SIM card before you ruin your phone trying to make it work.
