If they are dwarf hamsters you can, however the male will breed with the female again immediately causing back to back litters which is not healthy. If you have a syrian or "teddy bear" hamster then all of them must be housed alone as they will fight, possibly to the death.

I would not recommend it. He will eat the babies and as soon as the Female has her babies she will just get pregnant again.
