There are a lot of places that sell new towers. You can find tower at most place that sell computer part. They should have oem style cases as well as custom ones.

Yes but you need to know if your motherbord will fit there are three main types of motherbord ATX\ MINI ATX\ MICRO ATX micro ATX will go in to any case where as ATX will only fit in a larger case when buying a case it will say what type you need.
