The first thing to check with the receiver communicating with the amps is that the remote switch line is hooked up, and the RCA's are in place.

There are a few simple steps that I take to test and troubleshoot equipment. First, isolate individual components. Use a single speaker that you know works. Hook it up and to the receiver and run a basic test. If that works, start adding in more components, one by one. When it stops working, you've found the problem.

First check the indication of the amplifier. There might be any problem with the Cd/DVD disks also.Check the sensitive control of the amplifier , if any output level found low . adjust it to the maximum.Check any wires are damaged, if so kindly replace the same.Check for the frequency signal available at the location.

You should check your receiver communication and the amps are set with the remote switch line is hook ed up. If that did not work then you can try unplugging your receiver and amps for around 10 to 15 minutes. then plug them back in and see if that fixed the problem.

You want to feed sound through your amps, try at different levels and make sure you can hear sound coming through.

To reset your Kenwood receivers and amp unplug them both from power. Let it stay unplugged for 10-15 minutes and it should be reset to factory default.
