Start with bathrooms then windows (get the hard stuff done 1st), vacuum then dust, wipe down areas where people enter and exit. Mop floors, empty trash, spot check walls.

You will want to clean off desks and dust. Clean computer screens, keyboard and phones. Sweep the floors and empty garbage cans. Also, do dishes if there is a kitchen.

High dust first, low dust, sweep or vacumn, take out trash, place items back in proper spots, refill copier machine, check watering station for refill, wipe down windows and surfaces, clean coffee pot, clean out refigerator, defrost freezer if needed, wipe down phones with antibacterial, replace empty tissue boxes.
