You can get something called an eyelash extension. It is not there forever, but it will stay longer than fake eyelashes will. I really do not know that much about them, but I know that they look like real eyelashes.
Yes eyelashes can be added permanently just like hair extensions it is the same process many people have done this a very few have a unpleasant experience with this procedure.
