It is possible that Rogaine can help a beard grow but there is no conclusive studies to support the use on your face.Rogaine is also not FDA approved to be used on the face. Rogaine applied to your face would probably be irritating and is likely to cause severe acne.

I believe it says on the box ot to use it on your facial hair but there are other products similar to rogaine that are safe to use on facial hair.
