Typically fingernails grow about one to two millimeters per week. Toe nails grow slower. The actual speed might be influenced by your environment. Food for example has an influence and it is said, that bad nutrition slows down the growth. I am not aware of any method to speed up the growth.

Finger nails acyually grow pretty quickly. It is important to keep them healthy and strong. Also be sure to refrain from biting or picking at them, and use gloves when washing the dishes.
